When you're being assaulted by person or person(s) unknown

who enjoy corrupt protection and will never end up in prison whatever

they do, no matter for how long, irrespective of the consequences

and you want to deal with them [without ending up in prison yourself]

this presents some difficulty :

 

I'm operating in a 100 % corrupt environment where known criminals

[known by all except their victim]

can get away with murder because of corrupt protection rackets.

Being institutional corruption committed by many, over protracted periods,

in a concerted fashion, with deliberation and with a common intent to destroy,

not the result of the occasional digressions of individuals known or knowable by none.

 

Yes, you are not misreading this.

 

100 % corrupt  [not 99,999 %]

 

It would take only 1 single non-corrupt person of the 10 million in this

country who are compelled by law to stop any crime they know of

if they can do without unduly endangering themselves or their next of kin.

 

And yet, this one person hasn't materialized over a period of almost 10 years

of continuous and ongoing criminality being committed openly and known by

all against a single defenceless individual.

 

Or would anyone pretend that one anonymous tip-off would unduly endanger

them or anyone else ?

 

[It might compromise their corrupt interests but these aren't included by that law]

 

That was all that was needed to stop this criminality instantaneously.

 

Just one person giving one usable tip-off in ten years.

 

As long as I don't know the source of this corruption,

I'm powerless to do something structural about it

nor any of the problems emanating from it.

 

These are homicidal psychopaths I'm dealing with,

not pick pockets.

 

Without a tip-off I can't know the source except accidentally,

or through their stupidity and/or arrogance.

 

This may take a long time yet.

 

I only have to get lucky once to be vindicated fully,

they only have to get unlucky once to loose everything.

 

Until then I can justly call this country 100 % corrupt.

 

Let anyone deny it.

 

Nobody ever denied any of the accusations made to their regard,

not even the most grievous ones.

 

Now why should that be ?
